Fall 2026 – Posting 008 – Senior Chemical Engineer

We are looking for one or more Chemical Engineers to join us in Fall 2026 to support and help build our prototype products. You will work with technical and cross-functional teams to develop novel catalysts, reactors, and separations to meet and exceed their prototype goals.

Typical Responsibilities

• Self-motivated owner of unstructured lab work: vendor outreach for equipment, reactor and system build-out, testing, protocols, and Python data analysis.

• Work independently without waiting to be tasked, then coordinate with a small team and vendors so equipment is installed and results stay reproducible.

• Treat safety first on every experiment, equipment install, and lab-build task—not as an afterthought

  • Python programming to deliver analyzed data from chromatographs and sensors

  • Document experimental protocols for reliable data acquisition

  • Ensure and document proper workplace safety during laboratory activity

  • Use basic building tools such as wrenches and saws to help install and construct our laboratory.

  • Travel up to about 10%, typically to scientific conferences
